With over a decade of experience, I work with nonprofits and other small organizations. I serve as an HR soundboard supporting development areas in recruitment, talent management, and overall policy development and compliance. My administrative and Project Management skills can help strengthen various programs as well as overall infrastructure and organizational development.

Leveraging visual tools to enhance communications is a personal passion. My clean/sleek design aesthetic focuses on eye-catching images or colors, to create impactful tools such as presentation decks, flyers, learning templates and more.

With my lens as a recruiter, my style of resume support is not only to help you find the right words as we craft your resume together, but also soundboard with you on how to use your resume and prepare for the full interview process.

I work with you to “dig deep” to pull out your best career examples, as well as think through and practice for the interview. After our work together, you will be able to confidently and convincingly show a recruiter why you’re the best candidate for the job.
